Project Title: Development of a Housing Counseling Program for Marriage Migrants and Other Foreign Residents

Background and Contents
This project is a follow-up to the “Study on housing rights of marriage migrants and others” conducted in 2023.
The project aims to create easy-to-understand housing welfare materials for foreign residents in Seoul, focusing on public housing policies, housing cost support, housing finance products, and other related services. Information will be provided in Korean, Chinese, and Vietnamese through a housing welfare guidebook.
Development of training materials for staff at 25 Seoul Housing Safe Comprehensive Centers, the Central Housing Welfare Center, and foreign resident support organizations (such as multicultural family support centers and the Seoul Foreign Residents Support Center). The training materials will cover topics like the characteristics of marriage migrants, key points to consider during counseling, counseling content, and related partner organizations.
